Arrival & Check-in

How does in-flight check-in work?

Along with your booking confirmation, we will email you a link for online check-in. Please complete the check-in process before you arrive so that we can get everything ready for you. A few days before your arrival, you will then receive a personal PIN code for your key.

What can my key card do?

Your key card opens the front door and the door to your personal flat or room. You can also use the card to open the bicycle storage area in the garden and access the basement of the Riedz, where you will find a washing machine, dryer and table football table. If your flat is located in the Riedz building, you can also use your key to open a locker in the basement, which is intended for your sports equipment.

Your key is valid until 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

What’s the best way to get to you from Innsbruck Central Station or the airport?

The best way to get here from Innsbruck Central Station is to take the K bus. It stops right outside the station and goes to Höttinger Kirchplatz, just a minute’s walk from where we are. If you’ve just missed the K, you can also walk a few minutes further to Museumstraße (Landesmuseum stop) and catch the J bus there (towards Nordkette). This also goes to Höttinger Kirchplatz. If you’re travelling light, you could also walk to the Kabine instead, which will give you a chance to get to know Innsbruck city centre a little.

Bus F stops in front of the airport building. You can either get off at the Fürstenweg stop and continue on foot from there (approx. 15 minutes, recommended only if you’re travelling light), or travel to the Klinik/Universität stop, walk to the Marktplatz stop and change there to the J or K line (1 stop to Höttinger Kirchplatz).

You can find more detailed information here.

When can I check in?

Your accommodation will be ready for you from 4 p.m. at the latest. You will receive your personal key code a few days before your arrival. Use this code to open the key box containing your key card. The key box is located at the entrance to Haus Riedz at Riedgasse 3.

Where can you find us? The journey here – whether by public transport, bicycle or car – is described in detail here.

When will I receive my keycode?

About 4 days before your arrival, we will send you your personal key code (e.g. 1234) by email.

Please note: there is no front desk! However, we are always available for you in urgent matters.
