Your accommodation will be ready for you from 4 p.m. at the latest. You will receive your personal key code a few days before your arrival. Use this code to open the key box containing your key card. The key box is located at the entrance to Haus Riedz at Riedgasse 3.

What can my key card do?
Your key card opens the front door and the door to your personal flat or room. You can also use the card to open the bicycle storage area in the garden and access the basement of the Riedz, where you will find a washing machine, dryer and table football table. If your flat is located in the Riedz building, you can also use your key to open a locker in the basement, which is intended for your sports equipment.
Your key is valid until 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
When can I check in?
Please check in before your arrival! A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the key code for self-check-in. You will also find the link for online check-in in this email.
With your complete registration details, we can send you the Welcome Card, which allows you to use public transport in Innsbruck free of charge and participate in an activity programme free of charge for stays of two nights or more. All you have to do is register as described here.
When will I receive my keycode?
About 4 days before your arrival, we will send you your personal key code (e.g. 1234) by email.
Please note: there is no front desk! However, we are always available for you in urgent matters.
